Hop picking group with billy cart c1900

Description

DescriptionGroup of adult and child hop pickers at a hop farm. Date and location of the photo unknown, but probably early taken in the Waimea area in the 1900s. On the back of the photo is a note in pencil saying 'Gladys Fowler, ? Fowler, girls in front'. In the photo are a horse and cart. There is also a billy goat with a billy cart carrying three children.
Maud Fowler (nee Silcock) 9th from left.
