Te Noninga Kumu - Opening dawn ceremony

DescriptionThe dawn ceremony started at 5.45am on Saturday 19 March 2022 at Te Noninga Kumu - Motueka Public Library, 32 Wallace Street, Motueka.

The ceremony and opening of the new library took place when Aotearoa New Zealand was under the 'Red' Covid Protection Framework setting. This meant a limit to the number of people who could be in the building at one time, including the dawn ceremony.
